Private Hospitality

Hospitality venues are available for those sponsors interested in entertaining their friends, clients, or employees in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere in their own private hospitality tent or suite. Book today! There are a limited number of private hospitality spots available!

• Private Tent overlooking Rolex Stadium to enjoy the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. Various sizes are offered in 20’ depths, with widths of 20’, 30’ or 40’, prices vary. Tents include round dining tables, chairs, serving tables, linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Sponsor Badges to identify the sponsor’s guests.
• Sponsor preferred paved parking passes are included for sponsor’s guests.
• Private Sanitation Units and sinks will be provided for the exclusive use of each Hospitality Tent.
• Food and Beverage offerings may be purchased through the official Hospitality partner of Equestrian Events, Inc.

• Private Suite overlooking Alltech Arena to enjoy the Kentucky Reining Cup for all three competitions. 20 admission tickets along with seating, serving bar, silverware and glassware are included.
• Sponsor Badges to identify the sponsor’s guests.
• Sponsor preferred paved parking passes are included for sponsor’s guests.
• Food and Beverage offerings for 20 guests are included.
