No Refunds
No refunds or duplicates will be issued. This includes any lost, forgotten, unused or surplus parking passes, admission or hospitality tickets.
Order Deadlines
All orders must be postmarked or received by April 10, 2012.

Additional Fees
Orders placed by mail, fax or phone are subject to a shipping and handling fee of $10 per order. All online orders are subject to an online convenience charge in addition to the $10 shipping and handling charge.
Event Admissions
Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event and Ariat Kentucky Reining Cup tickets may be purchased at the same time. All Events are ticketed separately. Ariat Kentucky Reining Cup tickets do not include admission, seating or hospitality for the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event tickets do not include admission, seating or hospitality to the Ariat Kentucky Reining Cup. Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event Reserved Seating tickets DO NOT include admission to any event.
Disabled Services and Seating
Special parking, seating and on-site transportation is available. Please contact the box office for more information. Row N of the lower tier of the Park Grandstand is wheelchair accessible, accommodates wheelchairs and has room for chair seating (provided) adjacent to the wheelchair insets for an accompanying person. This area is expressly designated as and reserved for Disabled Seating (purchase of seating required – see the Ticket Order Form). In addition, the first row of the South Grandstand is not elevated, so climbing of steps is not required.
Order Shipment
Tickets will be mailed beginning February 1, 2012. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing from the time your order is placed until the date you receive them. Tickets purchased after April 10, 2012 will be placed into Will Call, General Admission tickets may be picked up at the admission gate and Rolex Stadium Reserved Seating Tickets may be picked up at the Rolex Stadium Box Office. Ariat Kentucky Reining Cup tickets may be picked up at the Alltech Arena Box Office.
Dogs
While dogs are welcome at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, they must be kept on a leash and, with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in any of the tented hospitality areas, or in any Grandstand. Dogs are not permitted in the Alltech Arena for any portion of the Ariat Kentucky Reining Cup.
The Lexington Humane Society will have a station set up where your dog will be looked after for a donation appropriate to the time your dog is lodged. There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by Animal Control and/or Event Security.
Parking/On-Site Transportation
Parking is included in all tickets purchased. Spectator shuttles will be available throughout the Event.
Golf Carts, ATVs, motorcycles, mopeds, segways or any motorized vehicle
These may NOT be brought onto the Horse Park nor are they available for rent.
Hotel/Motel Reservations
