ADVANCE TICKET SALES CLOSE MARCH 26
All mail, fax or telephone orders must be postmarked, fax dated or received via telephone by March 26. Orders may be placed online through April 1. Grandstand seats may continue to be purchased, online only and at the Event Sale price, after April 1 and can be picked up at the Event Box Office starting Wednesday, April 21. An admission ticket will be required to enter the grounds and access the Event Box Office and may be purchased at the admission gates if not purchased in advance.
There is NO OPEN (FREE) SEATING NOR ARE THERE STANDING AREAS.
For those who choose not to purchase a reserved grandstand seat for Dressage Thursday or Friday or for the Jumping Test Sunday, a large-screen television will broadcast the rides as they happen in the Frederick L. Van Lennep Covered Arena (site of the Trade Fair) and Sunday also in the Walnut Ring.
Trade Fair and Kentucky Horse Park Admission: All subscriptions and tickets include admission to the Trade Fair and General Admission to the Kentucky Horse Park.
Children 6 and Under Receive Free Admission: Children 6 and under receive free admission under any option, but if they occupy a grandstand seat, a seat ticket must be purchased.
Parking/On-Site Transportation: Patron Club and Equestrian Club Subscribers park in the main Kentucky Horse Park lot. Patron Plus parking is in a special lot. General Admission Parking is in the Kentucky Horse Park Campground. Spectator shuttles will be available to and from parking lots and Event entry gates and Saturday to areas of the Cross-Country Course for all spectators.
Services for the Disabled: Special parking, seating and on-site transportation available. The new permanent Park Grandstand offers wheelchair viewing locations with seating for an accompanying person in Sections 102-104 and 107-110 Row N. This area is designated as and reserved for Disabled Seating (purchase of seating required) but the first row of the South Stand is not elevated so climbing of steps is not required.
Golf Carts: Golf carts may not be brought onto the Horse Park and are not available for rent.
Dogs: While dogs are welcome at Rolex Kentucky, they must be kept on a leash and, with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Patron Plus, Patron Club or Equestrian Club Tents or any Grandstands.
The Lexington Humane Society will have a station set up where your dog will be looked after for a donation appropriate to the time your dog is lodged. There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by the Humane Society and/or Event Security. Do not allow dogs to foul areas in the Trade Fair or other public places.
