General Information
2011 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event
April 28 - May 1
Ticket details and pricing for advance ticket sales for Rolex Kentucky 2011 will be available in the fall.
ALL GRANDSTAND SEATING RESERVED
ALL grandstand seats are reserved and are in addition to Patron Club and Equestrian Club subscriptions as well as General Admission Tickets. There is NO OPEN (FREE) SEATING.
The new stadium has a permanent Park Grandstand on the North side of the stadium with 7,289 chair seats, 4,630 of which are covered. A total of 102 seats are available for disabled seating. Rolex Kentucky organizer Equestrian Events, Inc. will have uncovered grandstands erected on the South and West sides of the arena, providing additional seats.
For those who choose not to purchase a reserved grandstand seat for Dressage Thursday or Friday or for the Jumping Test Sunday, closed-circuit television monitors will be set up in the Patron Club, Patron Plus and Equestrian Club Tents. Additionally, large-screen televisions will broadcast the rides as they happen in the Covered Arena (site of the Trade Fair) and the Walnut Ring.
If you would like to receive a ticket brochure, please send your name and mailing address to
rktickets@windstream.net or Equestrian Events, Inc., P.O. Box 12110, Lexington, KY 40580-2110.
Trade Fair and Kentucky Horse Park Admission: All subscriptions and tickets include admission to the Trade Fair and General Admission to the Kentucky Horse Park.
Children 6 and Under Free: Children 6 and under are free under any option.
Services for the Disabled: Special parking, seating and on-site transportation available. Seating for the disabled will be available in the new Horse Park Grandstand on the north side of the stadium. This seating will accommodate a wheelchair and one companion. The first rows of one or more of the other grandstands, while not specifically designed as seating for the disabled, will not be elevated so climbing of stairs is not required.
Golf Carts: Golf carts may not be brought onto the Horse Park and are not available for rent.
Dogs: While dogs are welcome at Rolex Kentucky, they must be kept on a leash and except for certified guide or assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Patron Club, Patron Plus or Equestrian Club Tents. Again with the exception of certified guide or assistance dogs, dogs are not permitted in Grandstands. However, a special grandstand will be reserved for dogs where a reserved “seat” may be purchased for a dog accompanying his/her human who also has a reserved seat.
The Lexington Humane Society will have a station set up where your dog will be looked after for a donation appropriate to the time your dog is lodged. Instead of leaving your dog in a vehicle, please use this service if your dog needs a rest or you are going somewhere for a short time that your special friend can't accompany you.
There will be no special parking concessions for vehicles containing dogs, and distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles, by whatever means necessary, by the Humane Society/Event Security.
Please don't allow dogs to foul areas in the Corporate Village, Trade Fair, Grandstands, Food Court or other public places.
